The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) provides for continuation of group health insurance coverage that otherwise might be terminated when an employee leaves your company. Employers have specific responsibilities and processes to follow in these circumstances, so Advantage Benefits Group has put together the information below to help guide and expedite the COBRA process.
